Senior Parents Project

Parents of students in the Class of 2010 will leave behind a legacy at Penn this year within the Van Pelt Library creating the Class of 2010 Parents Group Study Room.  This room within the soon to be renovated Special Collections Center Reading Room on the sixth floor will allow students to use primary resources from the Rare Book and Manuscript Library that are not in circulation due to their rare and valuable nature. The Class of 2010 Parents Group Study Room will be a space where students can consult these materials in small groups with faculty and peers, engage in discussions, and enhance their learning experience.  All gifts from parents of seniors will contribute to this Senior Parents Project and parents who contribute $5,000 or more will have their names included on a plaque dedicating the space.

Goal: $250,000
